WARRANTY

Varimode Lighting hereby warrants the LED underwater light to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months (1 year), from the date of purchase to the original buyer and user.

The warranty does not apply to failure occurred due to abuse, misuse, incorrect installation or incorrect voltage connection, a 12V AC transformer must be used.

The warranty period will commence on the date of the original purchase. The buyer/user must present proof of purchase when claiming repairs under warranty. Returning the light to the dealer will be at the owner’s expense.

We recommend the use of a licenced technician to install the light.

N.B. Warranty will be void if the flush mounted light has been pebbled into the pool wall.

Our return statement

We want you to be totally satisfied with Varimode products; so Varimode Lighting can complete your return as quickly as possible, please make sure you:

Always provide your receipt as proof of purchase.
Return the product in the same condition as it was purchased including accessories and packaging.
Provide us with any extra information you may think help us process your return.

Quotations

Varimode reserves the right to amend or withdraw any quotations prior to an order acknowledgement. Quotes remain valid for 28 days from date of issue unless otherwise stated.

Prices

Prices on Varimode Lighting products exclude GST and freight charges unless otherwise stated. Unless a particular method is specified Varimode Lighting will choose the dispatch method and reserve the right to increase the price proportionately. Varimode Lighting accepts no responsibility for delays in deliveries caused by freight forwarders or couriers.

Payment

Where account facilities have not been approved payment will be by cash, telegraphic transfer or EFT prior to goods being dispatched. Special orders will require a deposit, the amount to be agreed upon by both parties. Where account facilities have been approved, payment must be made by the due date on the Varimode Lighting invoice. Payment of any account shall not be withheld on any unrelated claims. Varimode Lighting reserves the right to suspend accounts where payment has not been made by the due date. Varimode Lighting reserves the right to charge 2 % interest per month on any outstanding accounts after 60 days from the due date on the invoice. Failure to pay within 60 days will result in the credit account being closed. In the case of default of an invoice payment the purchaser will be held liable for all collection costs including but not limited to debt collector commissions, legal expenses, interest and any other charges incurred in claiming payment.

Cancelled Orders

Orders for custom made products may only be cancelled with prior approval in writing from Varimode Lighting. A cancellation fee may be charged at Varimode Lighting's discretion which will reflect the cost incurred as a result of the cancellation.

Delivery

While Varimode Lighting will make every attempt to deliver the goods as quickly as possible and on time, Varimode Lighting will not be held liable for late delivery and the purchaser shall make no claim against Varimode Lighting for late deliveries. The purchaser shall be responsible for all costs occurred in returning goods. In the event that goods returned are not acceptable for credit, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange for the return of the rejected goods.

Warranty

Varimode Lighting warrants to the purchaser that the products it sells will be deemed to be free from defects due to faulty workmanship and/or materials for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. If in Varimode Lighting's sole opinion it finds any part of the products covered by this warranty to be defective, it shall repair such part or supply a replacement provided that:
